DRESS: Styles For Less similar (here) and (here) // JACKET: Forever 21 (similar) // SANDALS: Rampage- Old (similar)

Okay, so I am fully aware that it has been over 3 months since our trip to Italy and that I am STILL not finished posting pictures from our adventures. But, It was just such an awesome trip that I couldn’t get around to posting everything all at once and partake in the Holidays fashions. So my solution has been to just post late and I have linked similar pieces to the one’s I had worn on our trip! I don’t know how any trip will ever be able to top this one as I am still constantly thinking of the days we spent there.

This amazing day in Rome started off on a Food walking tour around Testaccio. {Rome’s favorite food spots for the locals} We tried so many different foods including Cannoli which ended up being one of my favorite things to eat in Roma! On our tour we also visited the cemetery where English Romantic Poet, John Keats is buried. The cemetery was one of the most beautiful and serene places I’ve ever visited. After our bellies were stuffed from a half day of non-stop eating, we set off to explore The Villa Borghese Gardens. The grounds were extremely massive, green, and breathtaking. We rented a two person bike to get around on but ended up turning it back in 15 minutes later because the brakes were so loud and embarrassing we just couldn’t stop laughing. We spent the rest of our evening walking around the city people watching, enjoying the view, and drinking vino.

I honestly felt like such a goddess in this Trapeze dress. It flows nicely in the wind and is also airy for the warmer temperatures. I love that it’s not super form fitting as well. The cut is very forgiving which was great since I had been stuffing my face for two weeks with nothing but carbs! It’s been months and I am still paying the price for everything I ate in Italy, but am super excited for the New Year and to get back on track with my exercising and dieting! I only have a couple more posts of Italy left so it looks like its time to plan our next vacation. Any suggestions?
