When In Rome, roam about the city style. This was one of the days on our vacation that was unplanned and ended up being such a fun day exploring the city. We went to so many sites including Circus Maximus, the old grounds where they used to hold the famous chariot races, and The Orange Garden, this hidden gem has one of the best views of Rome and is an absolute must see site. We spent the rest of the day popping in and out of Restaurants for Vino, Espresso’s and much needed Italian cuisine in the super sheik square of Campo Di Fiori meaning “Field of Flowers”

I could not have felt more elegant prancing about the city in this skirt/sweater combo. It was pretty hysterical yet romantic when it started pouring rain on us, but maybe that’s why there’s cafe’s literally everywhere; shelter from the unpredictable weather. My favorite part about this outfit is the skirt. Why? Because it has pockets! Formal skirts with pockets just light up my soul. This is from last season and I wish I had bought the blush colored one but I’m happy I settled on black as I can wear it more often. I get nervous a lot so it helps to have a place for my hands! I bought this sweater in Rome at a store called Alcott for like $8! I figured since I was going all out I might as well top with look off with a red lip and leopard sunnies. My Mum bought this purse at a boutique in Orange County and I wore it everywhere in Italy. I don’t recommend putting anything valuable in there since it’s see through. I just made the hubs carry all the money and ID cards. I hope you all enjoyed reading our journey in Italy! I can’t wait to get back to International travels and being able to share my style picks and travels with you.
